After you place an order on Fooirst.co.uk, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. Once your order is fulfilled and on its way, we will send you a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number.
To cancel or modify an order, please contact us within one hour after the order has been placed. After the one-hour window, we cannot guarantee the order will be immediately canceled.
Refunds and Returns
Your happiness is our highest priority. If you are dissatisfied with your Fooirst.co.uk purchase for any reason, you are welcome to return it for a full refund. We are delighted to offer complimentary returns for all domestic Fooirst.co.uk orders. If you redeemed a complimentary promotional item with purchase, please be aware that this item will need to be returned along with the other returned items.
- Our return and refund policy last for 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Only products purchased on Fooirst.co.uk may be returned for a refund or exchange. We cannot accept items purchased from another retail store location for an exchange or refund.
- We also cannot accept empty boxes, nearly empty boxes, or boxes filled with tampered with or other powder for refund or exchange.
- Shipping cost is not eligible for refunds. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- We can not accept partial returns or exchanges for bundle sets. You must return the complete set for a refund.
- If a package is marked as delivered, but it is stolen or you are unable to locate it, we are unable to refund the order amount.
- We are not responsible for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilt, misused, etc., we cannot refund or accept a return.
All products must be returned to: Sanbeet Limited, Bling Bling Building, 69 Hanover Street, Liverpool, L1 3DY. You are responsible for the shipping costs incurred when sending the Products back to Fooirst.
In all cases, original proof of purchase must be provided and products must be returned within 10 days of receipt for Fooirst to process any refund or exchange. Please email to [email@example.com] in advance of your intention to return or exchange a product, so that Fooirst staff can assist you with a smooth transaction.
Please retain your postal receipt until you are certain your parcel has been safely received by Fooirst. We may need to see this if we fail to receive your package.
We will do our best to process returns within 10 working days of receipt and a refund will be issued through the method used for payment.
